1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (this "Policy") is part of the Hey Mori Terms of Service and applies to all content generated, edited, uploaded, published, distributed, downloaded, stored, or managed through Hey Mori.

This Policy covers user prompts, instructions, and product details; AI-generated or edited text, images, illustrations, product images, videos, and derivative content; and uploaded images, videos, audio, brand materials, reference assets, project assets, and workspace content.

All users, developers, merchants, and persons using the Service on behalf of an organization must comply with this Policy, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, third-party model policies, payment-provider rules, marketplace rules, and applicable law.

2. Content standards and prohibited categories

Zero-tolerance content may be acted on immediately and may be reported to authorities, payment providers, model providers, or law enforcement: child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors; terrorism, extremism, mass violence, genocide, or hatred incitement; substantive instructions for weapons of mass destruction, weapon manufacturing, or evading safety controls; non-consensual sexual deepfakes of real persons; human trafficking, self-harm encouragement, malware, phishing, fraud, identity forgery, illegal transactions, or other serious unlawful content.

Restricted content may be blocked or require review and may be used only in lawful, clear, and non-misleading creative, educational, news, or commercial contexts: violence, public figures, political sensitivity, medical/legal/financial advice, advertising performance claims, third-party likenesses, brand assets, copyrighted materials, trademarks, product packaging, and content that may affect significant personal interests. Hey Mori does not provide age verification, so adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit content may not be generated with the Service.

Generally prohibited behavior includes generating or distributing misinformation, rumors, or misleading advertising; impersonating real persons, brands, institutions, or model providers; infringing intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or trade-secret rights; deceptively claiming AI content is human-made, real photography, officially endorsed, or professionally certified; bulk-generating spam or fraudulent content; using jailbreak prompts to bypass review; or bypassing credits, billing, safety, risk-control, or content-filtering mechanisms.

3. Content moderation process

Hey Mori uses a moderation system combining automated review, human review, user reports, abnormal-use monitoring, and periodic sampling. Review may apply to user inputs, uploaded assets, generation requests, model outputs, downloaded content, shared content, and account usage patterns.

Automated review may include keyword detection, semantic and intent analysis, image/video safety rules, third-party model-provider safety systems, internal content-safety rules, abuse detection, rate limits, payment-risk signals, and abnormal-usage analysis.

Content flagged by automated systems, user-reported content, accounts linked to payment or risk-control anomalies, and content potentially involving child safety, terrorism, deepfakes, fraud, intellectual property, or major platform risk may be sent to human review or temporarily restricted.

We assess content based on severity, context, user history, legal requirements, third-party model policies, payment network rules, and marketplace rules. Moderation systems may make mistakes, and we provide a reasonable appeal path.

4. Content severity levels

L1 severe violations include child safety, terrorism, mass violence, illegal weapons, non-consensual sexual deepfakes, malware, fraud, and other clearly unlawful content. Handling generally includes automatic blocking, priority human confirmation, immediate account or content restriction, and reporting where required or appropriate.

L2 high-risk violations include severe hatred, serious harassment, impersonation of real persons or brands, major intellectual-property infringement, clearly misleading commercial content, repeated attempts to bypass review, and high-risk platform abuse. Handling may include content removal, feature suspension, credit freezing, account suspension, or requests for rights evidence.

L3 medium-risk violations include ordinary infringement, misleading claims, missing required disclosure, unauthorized use of third-party likenesses or brand assets, and low-risk violence or sensitive topics handled improperly. Handling may include warnings, required edits, content removal, feature limits, or human review.

L4 low-risk violations include minor policy issues, insufficient context, potentially misleading titles or descriptions, unclear asset authorization, or issues triggered by user reports. Handling generally includes notice, requested edits, temporary hiding, reduced distribution, or further verification.

5. Independent brand, AI disclosure, and honest marketing

Hey Mori is an independent brand and does not represent any third-party AI model provider. You may not market Hey Mori, a third-party model, model name, model logo, or generated content as officially endorsed by a third party, human-made, real photography, or professionally certified unless that claim is true and supported by evidence.

You may not exaggerate service capabilities, guarantee specific generation quality, guarantee commercial conversion, guarantee ad performance, guarantee marketplace approval, or mislead consumers into believing AI outputs are real product photography, human professional advice, official certification, or unmodified factual materials.

When using AI-generated content in advertising, ecommerce, social media, or other consumer-facing contexts, you are responsible for disclosing AI-generated or AI-assisted status where required and verifying product facts, prices, claims, qualifications, inventory, intellectual-property rights, and authorization.

6. Reporting mechanism and reporting channel

You may report content or behavior that violates this Policy, including child safety, terrorism, unlawful content, infringement, AI impersonation, non-consensual use of your likeness or privacy, fraud, review bypassing, payment abuse, and other safety issues.

The reporting channel is [email protected]. To help us process the report, include content links, order ID, account email, screenshots, generated outputs, rights evidence, reason for the report, and urgency level where possible. For serious safety issues, mark the email subject as "Urgent Safety Report".

We try to protect the reporter's identity and report materials and use them only as needed to process the report, meet legal obligations, protect rights, or cooperate with service providers or authorities. Malicious, false, or abusive reports may be recorded and may result in account restrictions.

7. Response and handling timelines

L1 severe violations are prioritized. After receiving complete and verifiable report materials, we generally try to perform initial confirmation as soon as reasonably practicable and prioritize action where feasible. Content involving child safety, terrorism, violent threats, fraud, or serious unlawful risk may be immediately restricted.

L2 high-risk reports are generally reviewed initially within 3 business days; L3 medium-risk reports are generally handled within 7 business days; and L4 low-risk reports are generally handled within 15 business days. Complex cases, cross-border enforcement, insufficient rights evidence, or involvement of third-party platforms or model providers may require more time.

The handling flow generally includes receiving a report or system flag, initial classification, automated or human review, evidence verification, enforcement decision, enforcement execution, and notice to relevant users or reporters where appropriate. Legal, safety, or anti-abuse reasons may limit the details we can disclose.

8. Enforcement measures

Depending on the nature, severity, recurrence, impact, user history, and legal requirements, we may take one or more measures: content warning, required edits, refusal to generate, content removal, hiding or access restriction, reduced limits, freezing or revoking credits, feature restriction, account suspension, account termination, refund denial, reporting to payment providers or model providers, and reporting to authorities or law enforcement.

For first-time minor violations, we generally prioritize notices, warnings, required edits, or content removal. For high-risk or repeated violations, we may suspend features, limit credits, or suspend the account. For L1 severe violations, fraud, chargeback abuse, child safety, terrorism, malware, scams, or clearly unlawful behavior, we may immediately and permanently terminate access and reserve further rights.

Account restriction, credit revocation, order cancellation, content removal, or service termination caused by violation of this Policy, the Terms, payment-provider rules, or applicable law is generally not grounds for refund unless required by applicable law.

9. Appeals, transparency, and policy changes

If you believe content or an account was enforced against in error, you may submit an appeal within 10 business days after receiving the enforcement notice by contacting [email protected] with your account email, order ID, content link, screenshots, rights evidence, and reason for appeal.

Appeals are reviewed where possible by a person or review flow not directly involved in the initial enforcement. We consider evidence, risk level, legal obligations, platform rules, payment-provider requirements, and third-party model policies and respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this Policy because of product changes, model-provider policies, payment-provider requirements, legal requirements, and safety risks. Material changes are generally notified at least 15 days before they take effect through page updates, in-product notices, email, or another reasonable method; changes required for legal, safety, or urgent risk-control reasons may take effect sooner.

10. Contact us
