Choose an allowance for your usage cadence. Image, video, and editing tasks deduct credits based on model cost.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel from subscription management or by contacting support from your account email.
Does the one-time option renew?
No. One-time monthly membership is paid once and remains active for 30 days.
What happens to unused credits when a plan ends?
Subscription-cycle and one-time membership credits are valid for the current period and normally do not roll over. Separately purchased credit packs remain available according to the purchase terms and are used after plan credits.
How do refunds work?
Subscriptions and credit packs are immediately delivered digital services. Orders may be submitted for refund review within 7 days if no paid credits or material benefits have been used and no generation task has been executed; partially used orders may be reviewed for the unused portion. Refunds are not automatic and may deduct non-refundable payment fees, taxes, Waffo processing fees, and service costs already incurred.
Are failed generations charged?
Generation requests reserve credits first. Failed tasks should release unused reserved credits back to the account.
